Foundation launched in memory of former Blue Peter presenter
A new organisation aimed at raising money for cancer charities has been launched today.
The Caron Keating Foundation was launched in memory of the former Blue Peter presenter who died from breast cancer in April.
The Foundation was set up by Caron's widower Russ Lindsay and her mother, Northern Ireland-born broadcaster Gloria Hunniford who said she hoped the foundation would mean the difference between life and death for many cancer sufferers.
Caron died following a seven-year battle against breast cancer at the age of 41.
