OnlineNI.net launch provides latest government information

A new website which provides information on the latest Government and public services news has been launched today.

OnlineNI.net has links to over 4,500 websites, accessible through key themes such as business, agriculture, benefits, health, taxation, employment and arts and culture.

John Price, Deputy Director of the NI e-Government Unit in the Office of the First and Deputy First Minister, said the website was designed for ease of use and to be as useful and relevant to as many people as possible.

To support the launch a television advertising campaign is helping ensure local people are aware of the availability and usefulness of the site as a major, and easily accessible, local resource for information and services.

The campaign commences on today and will appear for three weeks, featuring three different advertisements promoting OnlineNI.
