Nine injured in road accident
Nine people are being treated in hospital following a road traffic accident in Co Down.
The accident occurred close to Bangor on Tuesday afternoon.
A spokesperson for the Ulster Hospital where the victims are being treated said two of those injured, both male, are in a serious condition, while the seven remaining victims, two females and five children, are stable.
The Bangor Road at the junction of Main Street at Whitespots near Conlig is currently closed in both directions as a result of the accident.

Man Dies In Workplace Accident In Co Armagh
A man has died in a workplace accident in Co Armagh. It is believed the man was crushed by a road roller while a new road surface was being laid on the Bog Road, Forkhill, on Wednesday, 31 May. Police and the Health and Safety Executive have launched an investigation.

Body Of Missing Man Discovered In Lake
The body of missing Crossmaglen man Padraig Campbell has been found. The 37-year-old’s body was recovered from a lake in Co Monaghon last night. Campbell, of Drumbroy Road, Castleblaney, has been missing from the 18 March. Gardai have described his death as a tragic accident, however a post-mortem will be carried out.

Man dies in road traffic accident
A man in his early 20's has died following a road traffic collision near Bangor. The accident happened on the main Belfast to Bangor road at around midnight last night. The incident occurred on a part of the road close to Bangor known as Coachhill Bend. Three other males were in the car and were taken to hospital to be treated for their injuries.
