Public Advised Of Potential Disruption In Belfast City Centre

The public is advised of potential disruption in Belfast city centre tomorrow, Saturday, 05 April, due to two parades/marches taking place.

The first event will commence at 11am from Writer's Square and proceed along Donegall Street, Royal Avenue, Donegall Place, and Donegall Square North, concluding at Belfast City Hall. This is expected to finish at approximately 1pm.

The second parade/march will begin at 2pm from Custom House Square, following a route that includes Queen Square, High Street, Bridge Street, Waring Street, Donegall Street, Royal Avenue, Donegall Place, and Donegall Square North. It is anticipated to reach Belfast City Hall by around 4.30pm.

Police officers will be present to manage traffic flow and ensure public safety during both events.

Members of the public who are planning to travel through Belfast city centre tomorrow are advised to consider potential delays and, where possible, seek alternative routes during these times.
