Further Arrests In Dungannon Murder Investigation

Detectives investigating the murder of a man in Dungannon have made further arrests overnight.

A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder, and a 27-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, both on Sunday, March 2nd. They join two 30-year-old men arrested over the weekend in connection with the death of a man in his 70s at a flat in the Corrainey Park area on Thursday, 27 February. 

Detective Chief Inspector Kerrie Foreman of the PSNI's Major Investigation Team confirmed that all four individuals remain in custody as inquiries continue.  "We continue to investigate this senseless attack, and would reiterate our appeal to anyone who believes they may have information that could assist us with our investigation to contact 101 quoting reference number 1576 27/02/25," stated Detective Chief Inspector Foreman.
