Woman Dies After Being Struck By Car In Comber
A woman has died following a single-vehicle road traffic collision in Comber, Co Down, on Saturday, 23 February.
Police were called to the Ballygowan Road area of the town shortly before 4:45 pm following a report of a collision involving a car and a female pedestrian. The pedestrian died at the scene from her injuries.
Inspector Adair said: "Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances of the collision, and are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed it, or who may have CCTV, dash-cam or other footage that could assist with enquiries, to get in touch. The number to call is 101, quoting reference number 1177 of 22/02/25."
The area was closed to traffic for a time but has since reopened. Information can also be provided online at www.psni.police.uk/makeareport/.

Ballagh Road Closed Following Crash
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a serious road traffic collision in Newcastle, Co Down. The Ballagh Road has been closed and motorists are being advised to avoid the area. Pedestrian Dies Following Road Traffic Collision Ikn West Belfast
A female pedestrian in her 70s has tragically died following a road traffic collision in west Belfast on Saturday, 9th November. The incident occurred on Hannahstown Hill shortly after 6:50pm when two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle. Emergency services attended the scene, and the injured pedestrians were taken to hospital.

Pensioner dies in road collision
A man in his 80s has died following a road traffic collision in west Belfast. It is understood a lorry was involved in the incident which occurred at around 8:45am this morning. Detectives have asked for anyone who may have been in the area at the time and witnessed the event to contact them.

A woman has died following a road traffic collision outside Coleraine yesterday, Thursday, February 20, 2025. The collision, involving a Seat Ibiza and a Toyota Hilux, occurred on the Windyhill Road, Macosquin, at approximately 3:10 pm. The female driver of the Seat Ibiza died at the scene.
