Police Investigate Keady Burglary

Detectives are appealing for information following a burglary at a residential property in Keady on Saturday evening, 1st February.

The incident occurred sometime between 6:00 pm and 7:45 pm at a house on the Armagh Road. Entry was gained to the property, causing damage to the back door.

The property had been ransacked, and a sum of money taken.

Detective Sergeant Lewis said: "Enquiries are continuing and anyone with any information that could assist with the investigation is asked to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference 1401 01/02/25."

PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a report of a burglary at residential premises at the Alliance Avenue area of North Belfast on Monday 1st January. Detective Sergeant Kitchen said: "Sometime between 1:30am and midday, it was reported to police that entry was gained to a house in the area.

NI Property Prices Increase
Residential property prices in Northern Ireland increased for first time since 2007, according to a new report. The Northern Ireland Residential Property Price Index report for the second quarter of 2013 showed that between quarter one and quarter two, residential property prices increased by 2%.
