PSNI Issue Appeal On Ballygowan Arson Attack

Detectives are appealing for information after three cars were destroyed in an arson attack in The Brae area of Ballygowan on Sunday evening, January 26th.

Police received a report from the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service shortly before midnight that the vehicles had been engulfed in flames.

Officers attended the scene and determined that the fire had been deliberately started.

Detective Sergeant McCartan said: "We are investigating this as arson and would appeal to anyone with information or video footage of any kind to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 1617 26/01/25.
