AIB NI To Host Apprenticeship Open Night

AIB NI is hosting a special open night event for young people, parents, and career changers during Northern Ireland Apprenticeship Week (February 3rd-7th). This follows the success of their sell-out event in 2024.

AIB NI has a strong focus on developing young talent and is actively seeking apprentices across Branch, Retail, Business, and Mortgage areas. Attendees can learn more about these opportunities, as well as dozens of others across various sectors, on the workplus.app.

Brian Gillan, Head of Retail and Northern Ireland at AIB said: "Partnering with Workplus underscores our dedication to supporting early talent in Northern Ireland. Last year's open night was a tremendous success, and we're excited to build on that momentum—this year's event promises even more insights and opportunities."

"Apprenticeships offer a fantastic starting point for anyone considering a career in banking. They provide hands-on learning, mentoring from experienced professionals, and a pathway to academic achievement, all while contributing meaningfully to the workforce."

From day one, I've been encouraged to take on meaningful responsibilities that have boosted my confidence and understanding of banking.
