Appeal Following Arson Incidents In Larne
Detectives in Larne are investigating two separate arson attacks that have taken place over the past 24 hours.
The first incident occurred in the Seacourt Road area on Saturday morning, November 30th. At approximately 7.10am, police received a report of three cars on fire. The blaze spread to nearby properties, causing significant damage.
The second incident happened in the Ronald Street area on Sunday morning, December 1st. At around 5am, a van was set alight, and the fire spread to a nearby house. Luckily, the resident and their two children were unharmed.
In both cases, police believe that accelerants were used to start the fires. Both incidents are being treated as arson with intent to endanger life.
Detectives are appealing to anyone with information about either incident to contact them on 101.

Police Appeal After Assault in Belfast City Centre
Police are appealing for information following an assault in Belfast city centre on Sunday, 1st December. The incident occurred in the Cornmarket area at approximately 3.40am. Two men in their 20s were assaulted by two unknown men. Both victims sustained facial injuries and required hospital treatment.
