Two Arrested After High-Speed Police Chase In West Belfast

Two men have been arrested following a high-speed police chase in west Belfast early Monday morning.

At around 2:30 AM, police spotted a white Volkswagen Golf traveling at excessive speed on the Westlink. Despite attempts to signal the driver to stop, the vehicle continued to accelerate, reaching speeds of up to 120mph and driving on the wrong side of the road.

A police pursuit ensued, and a stinger device was deployed to slow the vehicle down. However, the driver continued, eventually colliding with a police vehicle in Stockmans Lane.
