PSNI Appeal Following Burglary In East Belfast
Detectives are investigating a burglary that occurred in the Lead Hill Park area of east Belfast on Thursday evening, 17 October.
According to police, a window was smashed and entry was gained to the property around 8:25pm. The house was thoroughly ransacked, resulting in the loss of a significant amount of money, jewellery, and antiques.
Detective Sergeant McVeagh said: "I am appealing to anyone who may have noticed anyone suspicious in the area last night or to anyone with CCTV, doorbell or other footage that could assist with enquiries to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 1651 17/10/24."

Two Women Seriously Injured In Dungannon Road Crash
Two women were seriously injured in a two-vehicle road traffic collision in Dungannon on Wednesday, 16 October. The incident occurred shortly after 4pm when a white Ford Transit van and a grey Audi A4 car collided on Woodlough Road near its junction with the Old Ballygawley Road.

Infrastructure Minister John O'Dowd has has welcomed the Executive's approval of a new Reservoir Safety Framework. The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is now authorised to implement the necessary secondary legislation to establish a framework for controlled reservoirs under the Reservoirs Act (Northern Ireland) 2015.
