Police Renew Appeal For Missing Teenager Rosaleen Connors
Police in east Belfast are renewing their appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of 16-year-old Rosaleen Connors, who has been missing for over a week.
Rosaleen was last seen in the Sydenham Road area on Monday, October 7th, at approximately 9:30pm. She is described as being approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, slim build, with short, dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a light grey Under Armour tracksuit and white Nike trainers.
Concerned for her safety and well-being, police are urging anyone with information about Rosaleen's whereabouts to come forward and contact them.
Inspector Savage said: "We are appealing to anyone with information in respect of Rosaleen's whereabouts to contact us on 101 or via www.psni.police.uk/report quoting reference number 1826 07/10/24."

Renewed Appeal For Help Tracing Missing Person Jason Hughes
The PSNI have issued a fresh appeal for information on the whereabouts of high-risk missing person, Jason Hughes. The 27-year-old was first reported missing to police in August, but he has not been since Friday 26th April. His family, who are being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time, have not heard from him since early April.

Appeal Launched After 'Dangerous' Prisoner Fails To Return To Jail
Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a "dangerous" prisoner who failed to return to Maghaberry Prison in Lisburn. Michael Lawrence Smith, aged 38, was mistakenly released from jail on Tuesday, 07 March, and has failed to return. He is currently on remand for murder.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.
