Two Charged With Possessing Criminal Property
Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland's Organised Crime Unit have charged a man and a woman with possessing criminal property.
The charges stem from a search conducted at a premises in the Lisburn Road area of south Belfast in April, which resulted in the seizure of cash. The 47-year-old man and 43-year-old woman are scheduled to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on 06 November, 2024.
As a standard procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

Man Charged After Woman Killed In North Belfast Crash
A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a woman was hit by a stolen car in north Belfast. The stolen vehicle was being chased by police in the Ballysillan area before it crashed on Thursday, 19 April. The suspect is to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court today, 20 April.

A man has been charged with kidnapping a woman in east Belfast on Saturday 4th April. He is also accused of false imprisonment, common assault, assault on police and dangerous driving. The 25-year-old man is due to appear at Newtownards Magistrates Court today, Thursday. He was arrested on Wednesday.

Woman Charged After Man Found Stabbed In West Belfast
A man is being treated in hospital after he was found with stab wounds in west Belfast. Police said that a 57-year-old man was found at about 02:50 on Sunday on Conway Street suffering stab wounds. A 45-year-old woman was arrested in connection with the incident a short time later. She is due to appear in court today charged with attempted murder.
