Teen Sustains Facial Injuries During Bottle Assault In Belfast
A teenager has sustained serious facial injuries after he was hit by a bottle in a nightclub in Belfast city centre.
Police are appealing for witnesses in connection with the incident which happened in the early hours of Sunday, 06 October.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “It was reported that, between 12.30am and 1am, a 19-year-old man was hit in the face by a bottle during an altercation inside a nightclub on Patterson’s Place.
“The victim sustained serious facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment, where he received multiple stitches.
“Our inquiries are ongoing and I would appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything, or who may have video footage of the altercation, to contact us on 101, quoting reference 638 of 08/10/24.”

A teenager has sustained serious head injuries following an assault outside a nightclub in Belfast. The attack happened in the Gordon Street area at around 2am on Thursday, 23 June. The 18-year-old victim was found lying unconscious on the ground by police. He is currently being treated in hospital.

A man is recovering after he was attacked by two men in Belfast city centre in the early hours of Sunday 13 January. The victim, aged in his 30's, was attacked in the Donegall Place East area at around 3.10am. He was taken to hospital for treatment to facial injuries.

Man sustains serious head injuries
A 32-year-old man is being treated in hospital for injuries he sustained after being attacked and beaten in west Belfast. The man was found lying in Locan Street off the Falls Road with serious head injuries shortly before 2am on Monday. It is believed up to three men attacked the victim before stabbing him with a broken bottle.

Machete Attack In South Belfast
A man received serious facial injuries in a machete attack in south Belfast. The attack, which occurred at around 2.15am on Sunday in Glenmachen Street, left the victim with a serious facial injury. Police later had a report of a man seen with a machete in the Sandy Row area. Police have appealed for any witnesses to the attack to contact them.
