Man Charged With Manslaughter Of Kyle McDermott

A 24-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of Kyle McDermott.

The man charged is expected to appear before Dungannon Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 09 October.

The PSNI have also appealed for witnesses are are asking to speak to witnesses of a blue-coloured car which was parked on the Victoria Road on Sunday evening.

The PSNI believe that a passenger may have captured mobile footage.

Detective Inspector Hazel Miller said: “I am appealing, in the first instance, to the driver and passengers of that car to please contact us as soon as possible, as your support could greatly assist our enquiries.

“I will also take the opportunity to extend a reminder to anyone who as in the Victoria Road area on Sunday night between 18:00 and midnight to come forward with any information or footage you may have."
