Appeal After Racist Graffiti Sprayed On Houses In L'Derry
The PSNI in L'Derry have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of racist and sectarian graffiti spray-painted on a number unoccupied new-build houses in the Church Brae area of the city.
It is believed that the criminal damage occurred sometime overnight on Sunday, 01 and Monday 02 September.
Making the appeal, Chief Inspector McManus said: "We are treating this incident as not only criminal damage, but as a hate crime which is totally unacceptable.
"This will not be tolerated. We will continue to work closely with our partners, community representatives and elected representatives. Hate crime has no place in our society whatsoever. Be reassured, we will be relentless in our approach to identify those involved.
"I would appeal to anyone with any information which could assist with our investigation to contact officers on 101 quoting 600 02/09/24."

Appeal Following Burglary In Ballynahinch
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of burglary in Ballynahinch on Monday, 21st October. It was reported that at around 8.40pm four males gained entry to a house in the Edengrove Park North area. Several items have been reported missing from the property.

PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following an assault in Belfast on the evening of Wednesday, 17 September. Police received a report of a group of males involved in a large fights in the Edward Street area at around 5.30pm.

Appeal For Information After Phone Mast Arson
The PSNI have appealed for information in relation to the deliberate ignition of a telecommunications mast in west Belfast in the early hours of today, 24 June. At around 12.15am police received a report from NI Fire and Rescue that its crews were battling a mast fire off Distillery Street.

Appeal Following Burglary At Boucher Place
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a report of robbery at the Boucher Place area of Belfast. Shortly after 5:50pm on Monday 20th May, it was reported that a male delivery driver had parked his vehicle across from commercial premises when he was approached by two men with scarves covering their faces.
