32-Year-Old Arrested In Connection With £1.5m Cannabis Seizure

A 32-year-old man has been arrested following the discovery of a cannabis factory in north Belfast.

Cannabis plants with an estimated street value of £1.5 million where discovered in a police operation on the Limestone Road on Friday, 07 June.

The suspect is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court today, Monday, 10th June.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

Man Charged Over £16,000 Cannabis Find
A 22-year-old man has been charged after £16,000 worth of cannabis plants were seized in L'Derry. The discovery was made after police searched a house in the Waterside area on Friday, 22 September. The suspect has been accused of growing cannabis, possession of a Class B drug and intent to supply.
