Appeal For Witnesses Following West Belfast Collision

Police officers investigating a two-vehicle road traffic collision in west Belfast have issued an appeal for witnesses and dash-cam footage

On 10 January officers received a report of a collision involving a car and motorcycle at approximately 5.30pm at the junction of Divis Street and Westlink on-slip, in the city-bound lanes.

The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service attended the scene alongside officers. The rider of the motorcycle, a man aged in his 20s, was taken to hospital for treatment to serious leg injuries.

Anyone who was in the area around the time of the collision, and witnessed what happened, or has dash-cam footage are asked to make contact with police on 101, quoting reference 1309 10/01/24.

Police Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Collision In Lurgan
Police have issued an appeal for information to a fatal collision in Lurgan. A 34-year-old man, named by police at Michael Ginesi, died when the car he was driving struck a tree on Annesborough Road at about 2.30am on Saturday, 26 May. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Pensioner dies after west Belfast collision
Police in west Belfast have appealed for witnesses following a road traffic collision yesterday evening in which a pensioner died. The incident happened outside a taxi office on the Monagh Road area of Ballymurphy shortly before 6pm. The 70-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment, however later died from his injuries.
