20 Year Old Woman Dies In Fatal Collision In Lisbellaw

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a fatal collision in Lisbellaw.

Police have reported that a 20-year-old woman died following the collision on the Belfast Road at around 6.50pm on Wednesday 13 December.

It is understood that a 25-year-old man has been arrested and remains in police custody at present.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have captured dash-cam or other footage in the area at the time to please get in touch by calling 101, quoting reference 1600 13/12/23.

Police Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Collision In Lurgan
Police have issued an appeal for information to a fatal collision in Lurgan. A 34-year-old man, named by police at Michael Ginesi, died when the car he was driving struck a tree on Annesborough Road at about 2.30am on Saturday, 26 May. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses Sought To Fatal Collision In Crumlin On Sunday Morning
Police have issued an appeal for witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision early on Sunday morning in Crumlin, County Antrim. A 22-year-old man was killed and a woman critically injured when the car they were travelling in, a black Peugeot 207, crashed into a building on the Nutts Corner Road at about 7.20am on Sunday, 25 March.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Police Renew Appeal After Woman Killed In Scrambler Collision
Police have renewed an appeal for witnesses after a woman was killed in a scrambler collision in west Belfast over three weeks ago. Valerie Armstrong, aged 35, died after being struck by the scrambler in Colin Glen Forest Park at around 6pm on Tuesday, 19 July.
