Three Arrests In Connection With Violent Robbery In Lisburn
Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with a violent robbery in Lisburn.
Officers received a report shortly after 4.40pm on Wednesday afternoon, 11th October that a white-coloured car had been stopped in the Trinity Terrace area.
A man and woman exited the car and the victim was pulled into a nearby alleyway. She was threatened with a knife and sustained cuts to her face.
Her mobile phone and a sum of money were also stolen by the suspects. Police arrested a 32-year-old man on Tuesday, 17th October on suspicion of robbery.
He was later released on bail to allow for further enquiries to take place. Meanwhile, officers arrested another 32-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman today, Thursday 19th October, in connection with the investigation.
Detective Inspector Bell said: "They both remain in custody at this time, assisting with enquiries. Detectives also carried out a search of a property in the North Road area of east Belfast this afternoon in relation to the investigation. Nothing was seized as a result of the search.
"Enquiries remain ongoing and anyone who has mobile, dash-cam or CCTV footage that could help our investigation is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 1259 11/10/23."

Four men have been arrested in connection with the murder of journalist Lyra McKee. Ms McKee was fatally shot as she observed rioting in L'Derry in April 2019. She was 29 years old. Police investigating her death have arrested four men, aged 19, 20, 21 and 33, under the Terrorism Act.

Man Arrested In L'Derry
A 20-year-old man has been arrested in L'Derry. Officers from the PSNI's Terrorism Investigation unit carried out a search at a property in connection with an ongoing on Wednesday, 04 November. A number of items were seized for further examination. The man was taken to be questioned, however he has now been released.

A man and woman have been arrested after drugs worth an estimated £65,000 were seized. The Class A and B substances were recovered during a Paramilitary Crime Task Force operation in Newtownabbey and North Down on Tuesday 22 October. The raids were linked to the criminal activities of the west Belfast UDA.
