Man Arrested In Connection With North Belfast Drug Seizure
A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the seizure of a quantity of suspected amphetamine, with a potential street value of £10,000, in north Belfast.
Officers from Organised Crime and the PSNI Tactical Support Group seized a quantity of amphetamine and paraphernalia associated with drug dealing.
PSNI Detective Inspector Kelly said: "This search, arrest and recovery of drugs forms part of Op Dealbreaker, a commitment by the PSNI to protect our community from drug suppliers and actively pursuing those involved in drugs criminality. This operation was made possible by close work with our partners in the Organised Crime Task Force.
"I would ask if anyone has any information about suspected drug dealing in their area to call the non-emergency number 101. Alternatively, information can also be given anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
"Anyone who thinks they might have a problem with alcohol and/or drugs and would like to get help can visit www.drugsandalcoholni.info. This also includes details of services available for individuals affected by someone else’s drinking and/or drug misuse."

Attempted Carjacking In West Belfast
Police are investigating an attempted carjacking in west Belfast on Tuesday, November 19th. At around 5:30pm, a man entered a parked car at Hillhead Court and attempted to steal it. A woman passenger was assaulted when she resisted the man's demands. The suspect, described as a man in his 20s wearing all black, fled the scene on foot.

Three Arrested During Drug Searches In Belfast And Newtownabbey
Detectives from the PSNI's Organised Crime Unit have carried out a series of search operation in east Belfast and Newtownabbey, Two men, aged 38 and 34, and a woman, aged 23, were arrested following the searches, with a quantity of Class B drugs seized, along with other items, including a quantity of cash and weapons.
