Two Arrested In Connection With £300,000 Drug Seizure

Suspected cocaine and cannabis, with an estimated value of £300,000, has been seized in a PSNI operation in the Carnlough and west Belfast areas.

Two people, a 41-year-old man and 36-year-old woman, were arrested in connection with the seizure, on suspicion of drug and money laundering offences .

The operation was conducted by detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force on Monday night, 3rd April.

Ulster Bank says it has resolved technical problems that left many of its customers unable to access basic services on Monday evening. The glitch affected customers of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group, which includes NatWest and Ulster Bank, with many account holders unable to use their debit or credit cards.

Police seize £3m worth of ecstasy tablets
Police last night seized ecstasy tablets with a street value of £3 million in Northern Ireland's biggest ever drugs seizure. Around 300,000 pills and a quantity of cannabis resin were found by PSNI Drugs Squad officers during a search at Belfast Port in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Three Arrested In Connection With £250,000 Drug Seizure
Detectives from the PSNI's Organised Crime Unit have made a significant drug seizure, arresting three individuals and recovering approximately £250,000 worth of suspected Class B controlled drugs. The arrests were made on Monday, 18 November, following a series of operations.

Man Arrested In Connection With Bangor Drug Seizure
A 34-year-old man has been arrested and a large quantity of suspected Class A, B and C drugs seized during the search of a property in Bangor, Co Down, on the morning of Saturday, 06 July. An organised search of a house was carried out by officers shortly before 10am in the Beatrice Avenue area of the city.
