Houses attacked with paint bombs
Three houses on the outskirts of Belfast have been damaged in paint bomb attacks early this morning.
The series of incidents, which occurred in the mainly nationalist Bawnmore Park in Newtownabbey, left one window smashed and a car damaged.
Police have appealed for any witnesses to the attacks to contact them.
Elsewhere, a World War One hand grenade has been found in Co Down.
The device was found by a member of the public in a children's play area in Comber. Army bomb disposal experts were called in to deal with the grenade.

PSNI Confirms Flag Violence Arrests
The PSNI has confirmed a total of eight arrests were made as a result of disorder over the Belfast City Hall union flag issue. Three police officers were injured when missiles ranging from petrol bombs, paint bombs, fireworks and heavy masonry were thrown by loyalist protesters. PSNI vehicles were attacked with hatchets and sledge hammers.

Building Petrol Bombed In North Belfast
A building has been extensively damaged following a petrol bomb attack in north Belfast. Police received a report of a building being on fire and the NI Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene on Sunday at around 1.30am. A number of windows were smashed and three petrol bombs were thrown in.

Four Suspected Pipe Bombs Recovered In Creggan Operation
Four suspected pipe bombs have been recovered by police from inside the City Cemetery in Creggan, L'Derry, following a public safety operation on Tuesday 11th April. The operation was implemented following the discovery of a suspected pipe bomb in the cemetery just after 6.30am yesterday morning.

Pipe Bombs, Gunpowder And Cocaine Seized In Drogheda
Pipe bombs, gunpowder, cocaine, a large quantity of ammunition and suspected Alprazolam tablets have been seized in Co Louth. Garda discovered the haul during the search of a property in Drogheda at around 11pm on Thursday, 23 April. A number of homes in the area had to be evacuated during the search.

Police are appealing for information after children aged between 10 and 12 were reportedly causing disorder in L'Derry. The incident happened on the Madam's Bank Road area shortly before 9pm on Wednesday. Police received reports that several young people were throwing petrol bombs onto the road and setting traffic lights on fire.
