Police Appeal For Information On Aggravated Burglary
Police in Belfast have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of an aggravated burglary at a property in the Tamery Pass area.
Making the appeal, Detective Sergeant Kitchen said: "Shortly before 10.20pm on Thursday 11th August it was reported that three males, one of whom was armed with a red coloured knife, entered a house in the Tamery Pass area.
"They threatened the occupant, before causing damage to the inside of the property, and making off with the householder's phone.
"An investigation has begun, and we are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time, and witnessed any suspicious activity, or who may have any information which could assist, to call 101 and quote reference number 2239 of 11/08/22."
A report can also be made using the online reporting form via www.psni.police.uk/makeareport. Alternatively, information can be provided to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following an armed robbery at an off license in the Oldpark Road area of north Belfast yesterday evening, Monday 22nd January. At approximately 8.35pm police received a report that a man, armed with a knife, had entered the premises and threatened staff.
