Blaze at Portrush depot destroys three buses
Police are appealing for information after three buses were destroyed in a suspicious fire at an Ulsterbus depot in Co Antrim early this morning.
Initial estimates put the damage caused by the blaze in the region of £200,000.
Spotted at around 3.30am at the yard in Eglantine Street, Portrush, the fire which started in one of a row of six buses, spread to two other vehicles before it was brought under control.
Though the cause of the fire has not yet been ascertained, police have not ruled out arson and are treating the blaze as "suspicious".

An illuminated scroll is to be presented to Chief Fire Officer John McClelland on Tuesday, by assembly speaker Lord Alderdice in tribute to the sacrifice made by fire fighters over the years.

Mourne Mountains Fire Treated As Suspicious
Police have confirmed they are treating a major gorse fire in the Mourne Mountains as suspicious. Over 50 firefighters tackled the blaze, which originated in Donard Forest on the evening of Sunday 21 April and continued throughout the night. The Northern Ireland Fire And Rescue Service (NIFRS) have now determined that it was started deliberately.

Suspicious fire in County Antrim
Police in County Antrim are investigating the circumstances surrounding a suspicious fire at a derelict building yesterday evening. The blaze was discovered by police officers on patrol in the Joymount area of Carrickfergus at around 1am, who subsequently tasked the fire service to extinguish it.
