Appeal Issued Over Missing Man Martin Ward

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for a man who went missing on Friday, 01 July.

Martin Ward was last seen in Glengall Street in Belfast at around 8.50pm.

He is described as 5ft 10inches tall, of slim build with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark tracksuit, dark trainers and a black baseball cap.

Police in North Belfast are urging anyone with information to contact them.

County Armagh pensioner robbed by gang
Police have appealed for information after a pensioner was robbed by a gang in her home in County Armagh. A spokesperson for the PSNI said that a gang of up to six men broke into the home of a woman aged in her early 80s, by forcing their way through a front window of her home in the Bessbrook area at around 7pm yesterday evening.

The Executive have announced the details of a series of Ukraine Assistance Centres across Northern Ireland, offering advice on key services including: health, education, jobs, benefits, housing and immigration. Four centres will operate on a weekly basis between 9.30am and 4pm.

Police Appeal After Assault in Belfast City Centre
Police are appealing for information following an assault in Belfast city centre on Sunday, 1st December. The incident occurred in the Cornmarket area at approximately 3.40am. Two men in their 20s were assaulted by two unknown men. Both victims sustained facial injuries and required hospital treatment.

Shop Worker Threatened With Knife In West Belfast Robbery
A female shop worker has been threatened with a knife during a burglary in west Belfast. The incident happened in the Lanark Way area in the early hours of Friday, 27 April. A man held the knife to a member of staff and demanded her to open the till. He left the shop and also threatened another worker.

Armed Man Threatens Staff In West Belfast
A man, believed to have been armed with a hammer, threatened staff at a shop in west Belfast. The incident happened at premises in the Springfield Road area at around 7.40pm on Saturday, 23 September. The suspect was wearing a dark jacker and a dark hat. He demanded money and made off with a sum of cash. No-one was injured in the incident.
