Man 'Critical' After Road Crash In Craigavon

A woman in her 50s who was arrested following a road traffic crash in County Armagh has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

A man in his 40s was taken to hospital after he sustained "serious head injuries" after a collision in the Pinebank area in Craigavon on Monday evening. He remains in a critical condition in hospital.

The area has since been re-opened.

The woman was arrested on suspicion of various motoring offences.

Enquiries are ongoing.

Man Arrested Following Lisburn Assault Released
A man arrested following an assault in Lisburn has been released on bail pending further enquiries, according to the PSNI. The 21-year-old was arrested following an incident in the Rathvarna Drive and Beechwood Grove area at around 1.30am on Tuesday, 12 July.

Man Charged In Possession Of Heroin
A man is to appear in court charged in possession of heroin. Police arrested five people during searches of a property in Newry on Wednesday, 16 January. Two men have also been charged in possession of a Class A drug. A 50-year-old woman has also been charged with permitting premises to be used for the supply of a Class A drug.

Woman Arrested Over Death Of Sean Corrigan Released
A woman arrested by police investigating the death of Sean Corrigan in west Belfast last year has been released. Mr Corrigan, 31, was found at a flat in the St Mary's Gardens area on Saturday 13 September, 2014. He died in hospital, however post mortem results revealed he may have died in suspicious circumstances.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

Two women assaulted in Bangor robbery
Two women in their twenties have been assaulted during a robbery in Bangor. Police said that two men entered the off-licence on the Rathgael Road area of the town and struck one woman in the face and pushed the other into a wall. The men then fled in a waiting car taking with them an undisclosed sum of money and a quantity of alcohol.
