Weekly Ukraine Assistance Centres Announced
The Executive have announced the details of a series of Ukraine Assistance Centres across Northern Ireland, offering advice on key services including: health, education, jobs, benefits, housing and immigration.
Four centres will operate on a weekly basis between 9.30am and 4pm.
Those attending will need to bring ID and proof of the scheme under which they are registered.
Operating times are as follows:
• Monday April 11: Belfast City Council; Cecil Ward Building, 4-10 Linenhall Street, Belfast BT2 8BP
• Tuesday April 12; Newry, Mourne & Down District Council; Newry Leisure Centre, 60 Cecil Street, Newry BT35 6AU
• Wednesday, April 13; Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council; Brownlow Community Hub, 7 Brownlow Road, Craigavon BT65 5DL
• Thursday, April 14; Mid and East Antrim Borough Council; The Braid, 1-29 Bridge Street, Ballymena BT43 5EJ
• Friday, April 15: Belfast City Council; Cecil Ward Building, 4-10 Linenhall Street, Belfast BT2 8BP.
The Executive said that the ongoing arrangements for the assistance centres will be kept under review in response to the demand for services.
They also highlighted that the Belfast Centre will not be open on Easter Monday, April 18.

NI Council Secures Almost £186K For Household Recycling Centres
Mid and East Antrim Borough Council has secured £186,200 funding for household recycling centres in the district. The investment, funded by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), will mean an additional 365 tonnes can be recycled each year.
