More Drugs Discovered In Seized Lorry
A total of £3 million worth of illegal drugs have been recovered from a lorry that was stopped and seized by police in Belfast Harbour earlier this month.
During the initially vehicle stop police discovered cocaine and cannabis worth £1.8m. However, during further investigation an additional £1.2m worth of drugs was discovered in the floor of the lorry.
The PSNI have said that the find is one of the force's "biggest ever drug seizures".
One man has been charged in connection with the drug seizure and the PSNI said that their investigation is ongoing.

Two arrested following police raids
Two men have been arrested following police searches in north Belfast. Two handguns, ammunition, drugs worth an estimated street value of £27,000, documents and around £17,000 in cash, were seized during the raids, which are believed to be linked to organised crime in the city.

Lorry Overturns In Co Tyrone
A lorry has crashed and overturned in Co Tyrone. It is understood the cement lorry crashed into a graveyard at St Mark's church. Police have said the Crossowen Road, between Augher and Clogher, is closed in both directions. The driver of the vehicle has been taken to hospital for treatment. It is understood his injuries are not life-threatening.

Man Jailed For Drugs Offences
A Newtownabbey man has been handed a custodial sentence for a series of drugs offences following police raids as part of a paramilitary probe. 49-year-old William Axon will serve two years imprisonment, half in custody and half on licence.
