Man Stabbed In The Back In East Belfast
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information after a man was stabbed in the back as he walked on the Belmont Road in east Belfast.
According to police, just before 17:30 on Sunday 31 October, the victim was walking on the Belmont Road when he was approached by an unknown male who then stabbed him in the back.
The victim was treated in hospital for "non-life threatening injuries".
Police have appealed to anyone with any information about the incident, in particular anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious, to contact them.

Police Appeal For Witnesses To Springfield Road Stabbing
A man in his 60s has been stabbed in an attack on the Springfield Road at about 06:40 this morning, according to police. The victim, allegedly stabbed in the neck, is being treated in hospital, where his condition is described as serious but stable. A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

Stabbed man 'critical' following sectarian attack
Police are appealing for information after a man was repeatedly stabbed in the back during an attack in Co Antrim last night. The 28-year-old man, who is in a critical condition in hospital, was walking along the Cloyfin Road, between Coleraine and Bushmills, when three men leapt from a passing car and proceeded to beat him with iron bars.
