30-Year-Old Man Dies In Glenshane Pass Collision

Police have renewed an appeal for information on a fatal road traffic collision on the Glenshane Pass.

A 30-year-old man died when the car he was driving was involved in a collision with a tanker lorry near the Ponderosa bar between Dungiven and Maghera at 05:20 on Monday 09 August.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, especially any drivers with dashcams, are asked to contact police.

18-Year-Old Arrested After Fatal Crash In L'Derry
A man has been arrested after two people died following a collision outside L'Derry. The two male victims, aged 19 and 21, where from the Donemana area near Strabane. The 18-year-old driver of the car has been released from hospital.
