Xperience IT To Create 16 New Jobs
Lisburn digital transformation specialist Xperience IT is to invest over £1.5million and create 16 jobs as part of plans to expand its business offering with a new IT service platform.
The company provides cloud computing and managed IT services, as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to SMEs in the private sector. These areas include construction, service and facilities management, manufacturing, distribution, legal and not-for-profit.
Iain O'Kane, Managing Director, Xperience IT, said: "Our goal is to drive business efficiency through best-in-class digital transformation solutions. From engaging with our customers, we’ve identified a gap in the market for a management information tool for the construction industry. This will help it to increase efficiencies, speed up payments and manage purchasing over multiple sites.
"To embrace the opportunity to develop this new innovative product, we need to quickly grow our team and Invest Northern Ireland’s support will help us to achieve this. Our new staff will help us to develop the new platform and give us the capacity to secure new contracts with construction companies across GB and RoI, along with promoting our other products and services in these markets.
"Over the next three years, increasing our technical expertise will be critical to our growth and expansion strategy. We know that our people drive our business solutions, whether that be through trusted expertise or emerging talent, and our new team will be no different. They will be responsible for building on our core product solutions and increasing sales opportunities. We're looking forward to expanding our company from Lisburn and growing our team with Northern Ireland’s sterling local tech talent."
Invest NI has offered Xperience IT £96,000 towards the creation of 16 new high quality IT and sales roles, with competitive average salaries of over £40,000.
