Police Investigate Fatal Collision Near Ballymena

An investigation has launched following a fatal collision near Ballymoney.

According to reports, a man aged in his 70s and a woman aged in her 40s were killed when a car and a construction vehicle collided on the Benvardin Road at about 4pm on Monday 16 November.

It is understood that the two victims were the driver and a rear passenger in the car. Two other people who were also in the vehicle at the time and are being treated in hospital.

Police have appealed to anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the collision, and in particular any drivers with dashcam footage, to contact them.

Police Attacked During Security Alert In Creggan
The PSNI have announced that a security alert in Creggan has ended and been declared "an elaborate hoax". On the afternoon of Tuesday, 09 July, police where in the area investigating a sudden death in Mogowan Park when they discovered a suspicion device at around 7:45pm in Southway.

Two Arrested Following Car Theft And Dangerous Driving In Belfast
Two men have been arrested in connection with a car theft and dangerous driving incident in south Belfast. The incident began on Tuesday evening when a brown Range Rover Evoque was stolen from a public car park in the Ratcliffe Street area. The vehicle's owner discovered the theft upon returning to the parking lot around 10:30pm.
