Man Charged In Connection With Donegall Road Burglary

A 36-year-old man is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court charged in connection with a burglary.

At about 1.35am on Monday 02 February, the occupants of a house in the Donegall Road area woke to find an unknown male in their bedroom.

The man fled the scene and it was discovered that a tablet and a mobile phone had been taken.

Police patrolling the area arrested a man a short time later.

The man has now been charged in connection with the burglary and will appear in court today, Wednesday 04 February.

Two men, aged 33 & 34, and a woman aged 18, are being charged in relation to two burglaries in north Belfast and one in Limavady on Monday, 30 July. Two Arrested In Connection With Distraction Burglary
Two people have been arrested in connection with a distraction burglary in Co Antrim. The two males, aged 16 and 27, were arrested by police in the Station Road area in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The incident happened at a property in the Bawnmore Park area of Newtownabbey on Monday.
