Appeal As New Builds Damaged In Co L'Derry
Police are appealing for information after damage was caused to a construction site in Portstewart, Co L'Derry.
The windows and doors of two buildings in Hatheran Mews, off Lissadell Avenue, were damaged over the last few days.
Police have urged those living in the area, which is largely populated by students, to report any suspicious activity they have witnessed in recent days by calling the non-emergency line 101.

Decision To Cut Nurses Budgets Reversed
The Department of Health has reversed its decision to cut nurses training budgets. SDLP Health Spokesperson Mark H Durkan MLA welcomed the decision and said the "fiasco underscored the urgent need to re-establish powersharing with directly accountable Ministers".

Building Petrol Bombed In North Belfast
A building has been extensively damaged following a petrol bomb attack in north Belfast. Police received a report of a building being on fire and the NI Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene on Sunday at around 1.30am. A number of windows were smashed and three petrol bombs were thrown in.

Petrol Bomb Damages House In Belfast
A house in south Belfast has been left damaged following a petrol bomb attack. Police said the device was thrown at the front door of a property in Agra Street at around 9.20pm on Tuesday. A window to the property suffered minor scorch damage. It is thought a brick was also thrown at the house, smashing a window.

Police are treating a fire which caused severe damage to a section of a County Down shopping mall as suspicious. The fire at the Grove Shopping Centre in Downpatrick caused extensive damage to one store and spread to three adjacent shops.

POLICE AND FIRE OFFICERS ATTACKED DURING BLAZE
A crowd of children, some as young as nine years, attacked police and fire officers with stones and other missiles while they attended a serious fire at a bar on the Whiterock Road in west Belfast which is believed to have been started deliberately on June 18. The fire started at 4.
