21 Year-Old Charged With 386 Sexual Offences

Police have charged a man with 386 sexual-related offences.

The 21 year-old has been charged with a range of offences relating to causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity involving penetration, possessing, making and distributing indecent images, sexual communication with a child, intimidation to commit an act, sexual activity with a child and blackmail.

He is due to appear before Newry Magistrates' Court this morning, Friday 20 December.

All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service, as is normal procedure.

Appeal After Child Struck By Car In West Belfast
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a child was struck by a car in west Belfast on the morning of Monday, 29 April. A six-year-old boy was struck by a car at the junction of Tennent Street and Shankill Road at around 8.55am.
