Man In Court Over 10 ATM Thefts

Detectives investigating ten ATM thefts in Co Antrim have charged a man to court.

The charges relate to thefts between 27 October 2018 and 06 December 2019 and include the recent theft of a double ATM machine from a Tesco supermarket in Antrim town.

The 32 year-old will appear at Ballymena Magistrates' Court today, Thursday 12 December, charged with conspiracy to steal.

This is the fourth man to be charged in relation to the investigation.

Two Charged Over Separate ATM Thefts In Co Antrim
Two men have been charged over recent ATM thefts and are due to appear in court today, Thursday 02 May. The charges are in connection with separate incidents in Nutts Corner on Tuesday 30 April and at Junction One Retail Park on Friday 01 February. Both accused, aged 21 and 31, will appear before Ballymena Magistrates court.

Omagh Man Arrested Over ATM Thefts
Detectives investigating a series of ATM thefts in Co Tyrone have arrested a man in Omagh. The 26 year-old is being held on suspicion of theft and attempted theft offences in relation to incidents in the Omagh, Fintona and Irvinestown areas between December 2018 and March 2019.

Accused man claimed he 'did not mean to kill wife'
A civilian PSNI employee has appeared before Ballymena Magistrates Court in Co Antrim today accused of murdering his wife. The court heard that when charged yesterday 46-year-old Adrian Baird of Loughloughlan Road in Broughshane said that he "did not mean to kill his wife".
