Man Charged Over Strabane Mortar Bomb
A 28 year-old man has been charged in connection with a mortar type device discovered in Strabane.
The bomb was found aimed at a police station in Church View on Saturday 07 September.
The New IRA was found to have been behind the attack, which was designed to attack serving police officers, the PSNI has said.
The suspect has been charged with perverting the course of justice, assisting offenders and recording information like to be of use to someone preparing an act of terrorism.
He is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates' Court later today, Friday 09 November.

The 31-year-old male is due at Antrim magistrates court and is charged with a number of offences, including possession of a petrol bomb, according to police. Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Lawyer considers client's 'overexposure'
The lawyer of a senior north Belfast loyalist has warned that he may report the Chief Constable, Sir Hugh Orde, and an unnamed Sunday newspaper editor to the Attorney General for over exposure of his client. Ihab Shoukri, from Alliance Road, was today remanded on continuing bail charged two counts of being a member of the UDA/UFF.
