Belfast Beauty Expert Launches Vegan Make Up Line
A new vegan eye make-up brand created in Belfast is set to launch in pharmacies across Ireland.
Developed from scratch by award winning local business owner Jo Anne O'Neill, Lipstick and Lashes Pro - Professional Makeup will be stocked in Medicare outlets and other pharmacy chains across the island from next month.
With over ten years experience in the beauty industry, entrepreneur Jo Anne is the owner of Lipstick and Lashes beauty salon in Dunmurry, Belfast. She worked extensively with international manufacturers to create the new line, ensuring they met her high standards in product development.
Jo Anne has always had a passion for lashes and brows. A vegan for 27 years, she believed strongly that her products must be top quality, vegan friendly and cruelty free.
She said: "I have seen a strong growth in demand from customers for the perfect brows and lashes. My aim was to create top quality vegan and cruelty-free precision eye products that are easy to use and competitively priced.
"I have been working really hard over the last number of years to develop and perfect the Lipstick and Lashes Professional Makeup brand. I have created a range of products, suitable for different skin tones."
Her range includes a highly pigmented Pukka eyeshadow pallet with shades to complement all eye colours and a Precision brow pencil for perfectly defined brows.
Jo Anne continued: "I'm so proud that I finally have a collection that ticks both the ethical and beauty boxes which I consider important when purchasing new cosmetic products."
Jo Anne is thrilled that Medicare and a number of other pharmacy chains from across Ireland will soon be stocking her products.
"To date, I have been selling the Lipstick and Lashes Pro range in my own salon and from our website www.lipstickandlashes.me, however from November they will be on sale across Ireland. This is such an exciting leap forward for me and my team, but it is only the start. I plan to develop the range beyond eye products, so watch this space."
