Energy Firms Pitch For Support Package
Start-up firms in the energy sector are preparing their business pitches as the Energy Insititute launches a competition to uncover new innovative ideas.
The winner of the Amped project will be awarded with a cash prize and a package of support to get the business off the ground.
Throughout the contest, entrepreneurs will give elevator pitches on new business ideas for the sector to a panel of industry experts.
To be eligible for the competition, entrants must be:
• offering a product or service relevant to the energy sector
• officially less than four years old
• based in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland
Companies will compete for the cash prize of £2,500 and six months of free workspace in Belfast City Centre.
The deadline for applications is 31 October 2019.
