Teenager shot in paramilitary-style attack
A teenager is being treated for leg injuries after being shot in a paramilitary-style attack in Londonderry last night.
The 16-year-old was at his Carnhill home in the city when a gang of masked men forced their way into the house at around 8pm.
The men threatened the teenager's family before taking him out into the garden and shooting him in the ankle.
Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.

Teenager shot in paramilitary style attack
A 17-year-old teenager has been shot in both ankles in a paramilitary style attack in west Belfast on Monday night. The victim was walking along the Shaws Road at around 11pm when he was hauled into a passing car by two men. The men proceeded to drive him to Glenveigh Park where he was dumped before being shot.

Man Shot Dead In West Belfast
Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was shot dead in west Belfast. The attack happened at a house in Glenwood Court, Poleglass, at around 8.15pm on Thursday, 20 October. He has been named locally as Joe Reilly, aged 43.

Three men have been treated in hospital following separate paramilitary-style shootings over the weekend. In the latest incident, two 21-year-old men suffered single gun shot wounds to their lower legs during an attack in the Tynan Drive area of Monkstown on Sunday evening.

A man is recovering in hospital after being shot in a paramilitary-style attack in Armagh last night. The 37-year-old victim was taken from a bar in Jonesborough, south Armagh, by two men at around midnight. When outside, the man was set upon by a gang of around five men who beat him with iron bars.

Two masked men forced their way into a house in the Gartan Square area at around 10.45pm on Wednesday, 08 November. One of the suspects was armed with a baton and the other had a handgun. The 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital to be treated.
