Danske Bank Customers Hit With Direct Debit Problems
Danske Bank is investigating after multiple customers have reported issues with direct debit payments this morning, Monday 02 September.
Scores of Danske bankers across Northern Ireland said their regular payments haven't been coming out of their accounts.
A Danske Bank spokesperson said this morning: "We're aware of an issue with payments coming in and Direct Debits/standing orders going from some Danske accounts this morning.
"We're looking into this and will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.
"Thanks for your patience and understanding while we investigate."

New NI Bank Notes In Circulation
New bank notes have been released into circulation in Northern Ireland. The £10 and £20 notes are being issued from Danske Bank and will gradually replace the existing Northern Bank notes. The design of the notes remains the same, the only difference is the Danske Bank logo has replaced the Northern Bank logo.

Northern Bank To Be Rebranded
Danske Bank has announced a new organisational set-up for its operations in Northern Ireland and Ireland. The new structure will take effect on 1 June 2012. The re-organisation mirrors a similar Group wide set-up being introduced in all Danske Bank operations.

Match Postponed As Linfield Player Contracts Coronavirus
Linfield's next fixture has been postponed after a player tested positive for coronavirus. The club was due to play Larne in a Danske Bank Premiership match this Saturday, however officials say the match will no longer go ahead. This follows an announcement on Tuesday that the footballer had contracted the virus. He is now self-isolating.
