Man Critical After Belfast Assault
Police say a man is in critical condition after he was assaulted at his flat in Belfast City Centre.
The 37-year-old sustained his injuries during the incident in his Great Victoria Street flat at around 6am on Saturday morning, 03 August.
His condition has been described as critical but stable.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the assault, or has information which could assist the investigation to contact detectives in Belfast on 101, quoting reference 496 of 03/08/19.
Details can also be provided anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Teenager Critical Following Antrim Collision
A teenager is in a critical condition in hospital after being hit by a car in Antrim. A five-year-old boy was also injured in the collision which happened on the Belfast Road at around 5.30pm on Monday, 03 September. The 15-year-old girl was struck by a Suzuki Swift and the boy sustained a number of fractures and remains in hospital.

Man Critical After Being Hit By Car In Belfast
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was struck by a car near the Belfast International Airport. The incident happened on the Ballyrobin Road just before 4.40pm on Saturday, 20 November. The pedestrian is in a critical condition in hospital. The Ballyrobin Road has been re-opened.

The PSNI have said a 28-year-old man is in critical condition following a stabbing in north Belfast. The man was attacked on Thursday afternoon at a block of flats at Shore Crescent, located off the Shore Road. A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident. Police say that the investigation is ongoing.
