A young woman has died following a crash in County Down almost three weeks ago.

Bangor teenager Brooke Jackson, 19, was the driver involved in a crash on the town's Ballycrochan Road on 16 June.

She had been left in critical condition after the collision, which saw three other teenage girls hospitalised after the Fiat Punto car left the road.
