NI Defeats Belarus

Northern Ireland have defeated Belarus by 1-0 on Tuesday night, 11 June.

The club has won all four games in the Euro 2020 qualifying.

In the 86th minute Paddy McNair scored his first international goal.

Northern Ireland are currently at the top of their group with 12 points out of 12.

NI Unemployment Hits Record Low
Northern Ireland's unemployment rate has hit a record low of just 2.5%. Figures for the three months between July and September also demonstrated that the amount of people in employment was at 72.3%, its highest on record. The Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency published the findings in their most recent Labour Force Survey (LFS).

The number of rape offences in Northern Ireland has risen by almost 10% in the last year, according to a police report. Over the last 12 months reported incidents increased by 71 cases.

NI Kick Off Euro Qualifiers With Win Over Estonia
Northern Ireland have started their Euro 2020 qualifiers on a high with a 2-0 win over Estonia at Windsor Park. Michael O'Neill's team, who were drawn in Group C, got off to a positive start on Thursday 21 March with goals from Niall McGinn and Steven Davis.
