Third Person Charged Over Nutts Corner ATM Raid

Detectives investigating the theft of an ATM at Nutts Corner earlier this week have charged a third man.

Police foiled the raid on Tuesday 30 April, arresting two individuals and recovering the stolen cash machine. It was the fifteenth to be ripped from the wall of a business in Northern Ireland this year.

A 23-year-old man has been charged with theft, arson and criminal damage in relation to Tuesday's incident.

He will appear in Belfast Magistrates Court today, Friday 03 May.

The 35 year-old is expected to appear before Limavady Magistrates Court this morning, Wednesday 11 December, charged with conspiracy to steal. A 26 year-old man has been charged in connection with the theft of a double ATM machine from a supermarket in Antrim. Thieves used a digger to steal the unit from Tesco in the early hours of Friday morning, 06 December. The unit was later recovered by police.

Lawyer considers client's 'overexposure'

One Charged Over Ballynahinch Attempted ATM Theft
A man is due in court over the attempted theft of an ATM machine in Ballynahinch, Co Down. The 26 year-old is charged with burglary (non-dwelling), criminal damage endangering life with intent, aggravated vehicle taking causing damage to property and theft. He will appear before Newtownards Magistrates' Court this morning, Wednesday 20 November.
