280-Room Hotel Planned For Belfast's Titanic Quarter
Plans have been unveiled for a new 280-room hotel in Belfast's Titanic Quarter.
Proposed by Developer JMK Group, the facility would be situated on Hamilton Dock, next to the Titanic Belfast visitor attraction.
One hundred family rooms are set to be included in the hotel, which would open in the summer of 2021, designed by Belfast architects RMI Architects.
A brand name has not yet been identified to run the hotel.
JMK has developed a number of hotels in Dublin, but this is its first project in Northern Ireland.
The Titanic Quarter is home to a Premier Inn and the boutique Titanic Hotel which opened in 2017. The new offering would meet the demand for visitors to Titanic Belfast, W5 and the SSE Arena and We Are Vertigo as well as SS Nomadic and HMS Caroline.
