Police Granted Extra Time To Question Murder Suspect
Detectives investigating the murder of 53-year-old Alice Morrow have been granted an additional 36 hours to question a suspect.
Mrs Morrow's body was found at a property in Whincroft Way, east Belfast on Sunday evening, 10 March.
A 42-year-old male arrested on suspicion of murder remains in custody.
Detective Chief Inspector Eamonn Corrigan appealed to anyone who witnessed anything or has information which may assist the investigation to contact officers on 101 quoting reference 1345 10/03/19.

Man Arrested Over Larne Incidents
A man has been arrested in connection with a number of incidents in Larne. The 23-year-old suspect has been detained on suspicion of attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, hijacking and aggravated vehicle taking. Jobs boost for Poyntzpass development
Up to 20 jobs are to be created as work begins on a new commercial/residential development in Poyntzpass, Co Armagh. The new facility, which is being developed by the Poytzpass Community Regeneration Co Ltd, will provide two retail units, one residential unit, a purpose built commercial unit and community facilities for the area.
