Woman Cut From Vehicle In Belfast City Centre Crash
A woman had to be cut from her car after a crash in Belfast city centre on Monday afternoon, 07 January.
Emergency services were called to the Union Street area shortly before 4pm after reports of a two-vehicle collision.
Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to rescue the woman, aged in her 30's, from one of the vehicles.
Two patients were taken by ambulance to the Royal Victoria Hospital following initial assessment and treatment at the scene.
A spokesperson for the fire service confirmed the incident had been dealt with by 4.22pm.

A woman has died in a one-vehicle crash in Co Fermanagh. The collision happened on the Newbridge Road in Derrylin just after midnight on Saturday. Another woman and a man were taken to hospital to be treated. Their injuries are believed to be serious. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.
